How to make seaweed Jelly.
  1. Take 100g dry seaweed

  2. Wash with tamarind paste and water. Then, rinse off few times with clean water

  3. Once cleaned, soak the seaweed with clean water overnight (Note: the overnight soak water can be used to soak your dry and cracked heels)

  4. The next day, boil the soaked seaweed with two liters of water. Put some ‘pandan’ leaves to give a very nice aroma

  5. Boil it until the whole seaweed becomes liquid

  6. Then, filter the pandan leaves and other residues from the cooked seaweed

  7. Once completed, cool it off before you put in a refrigerator – Seaweed Collagen is ready for you (it looks like jelly)

Directions
  1. Daily morning (before breakfast while your stomach is empty) and night (before you go off to bed)

  2. You can consume 1-2 table spoonful of seaweed  per intake
 
 
 
 
 How to make seaweed drink :
  1. Follow the steps in making seaweed collagen

  2. Take 1 table spoonful of cooked seaweed

  3. Then, add with 1 tea spoonful of sunquick/ Ribena / Mango

  4. Stir them up

  5. Ready to drink
 
 
Note: For the first two week of consuming the seaweed collagen, some of you may experience side effects such as fever, headache and frequent urination. This is part of recovery process. It won’t last long. Some of you may not experience the side effects at all.

  2. I normally make 'kerabu' or salad seaweed with it. Shld try it. Here's the recepie.
    100gms seaweed (wash it 3 or 4 times like washing rice and after that soak in water for 3 nights)
    2) Grate 1 green apple
    3) Bunga kantan n daun kesom ( sliced finely)
    4) 1 big onion (sliced finely)
    5) 3 pcs of chilli padi sliced (optional)

    Dressing:
    APPLE cyder.fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar or stevia 1 or 2 drops

    Result is you get a crunchy and yummy seaweed salad wheretou can treat us yr appetizer like other salad.
    Nice to eat the seaweed raw.
